How Poomas handles account information, listing media and enquiries.
Information you provide
Poomas stores your sign-in identity, listing details, uploaded images, seller contact information, enquiries and promotion requests to operate the marketplace. Do not upload sensitive identity documents, financial documents or another person’s information through listing forms.
What other visitors can see
Approved listings display your seller name, listing content, photos and contact phone for WhatsApp enquiries. Your account email is not displayed on public listing cards. Enquiry contact information is shared with the relevant seller and authorised administrators.
Payments and AI
Promotion payments take place on Nomod’s hosted checkout. Poomas does not collect card details. If you use AI assistance, your submitted text and relevant public listing details are sent to the configured AI provider to answer your request. Do not include private documents or confidential information in AI prompts.
Account controls
You can withdraw a listing from your dashboard. Saved listings can be removed. Contact the marketplace team through a promotion or listing conversation to request corrections or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for payment reconciliation, disputes and legitimate operational requirements.
Cookies and external services
The sign-in service uses authentication cookies. Fonts and external video or WhatsApp links may involve third-party services with their own privacy policies. Poomas does not add advertising trackers in this release.
